Stamford Colts kept up their winning start to
2014 with this good away victory.

Huntingdon scored first when a clever chip over the Stamford defence was neatly collected by the Huntingdon fly half.

He drew the visiting full-back and passed for the centre to score under the posts.

Stamford dominated most of the first half but it took them 30 minutes to score.

A well-worked short lineout routine gave a quick ball, and neat passing in the midfield gave space for Kieran Hynes to run in the try from the 22.

Trailing 7-5 at the break, Stamford went ahead on 50 minutes when a powerful surge by Connor Collett got him over the line.

Their third score came with less than 10 minutes to go, Angus Collett powering over in the corner.
