Vehicle crashes reported in Bourne, Tallington and Oakham


There have been a number of road traffic collisions that have taken place both this week and last week.

The most recent collision took place on Monday evening at around 6.30pm when a Ford Mondeo hit a deer on the A15 Main Road between Rippingale and Haconby.

No one was reported injured and the deer fled the scene, there was no damage to the car reported although there was some car debris left on the road.

The second incident happened in Tallington at around 5.30pm on Monday, involving a minor collision between a Volkswagen Lupo and a Citron Relay.

No one was reported injured, although there was damage to both vehicles involved.

There was also a road traffic collision on Burley Road and Woodland View in Oakham on Wednesday, October 29 at around 5pm, when a dark green Ford Fiesta collided with a black Chevrolet Lacetti.

Police are appealing for information from anyone who witnessed the collisions to please contact Lincolnshire Police on the 101 number.
