A village primary school raised more than £1,000 at its Christmas fair.
The Friends of Edenham Primary School organised the festive event, which took place on Friday last week.
Pupils, parents and staff attended to enjoy stalls, tombolas, games and pay a visit to Santa’s grotto. The youngsters even got to meet Heidi, a little donkey.
The final total is expected to be more than £1,000, which will go towards school funds.
Secretary of the friends Julie Key said: “We were so chuffed with what we raised, especially for a small school, and everyone seemed to have a great time. We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who supported the event.”
