Juniors win a seal of Approval

BOURNE Rugby club has received the Rugby Football Union's seal of approval for its mini and junior section.

The Mini and Youth Seal of Approval accreditation programme examines facilites for young people to play rugby and among criteria examined by the RFU, in association with Sport Englan, is the effort and achievement of volunteers.

The award is official recognition that Bourne Rugby Club provides young people with a safe, well-organised and enjoyable environment in which to learn and play rugby and the club thanked former secretary Suzanne Jones for her hard work towards the award.

The Mini & Youth Seal of Approval programme is a joint programme with RFUW and also provides the required standards for clubs which have or are planning to have girl's teams.
