Langtoft and Baston enjoy victories
Langtoft United came from behind to pick up their 12th victory of the season, winning 2-1 away at Ryhall United in the Peterborough and District league on Saturday.
Ryhall’s Eddy Pentney opened the scoring but Andy Ellis scored twice for Langtoft towards the end of the first half.
Second in division one, Langtoft now have back-to-back home games beginning with the visit of Sawtry tomorrow.

Chris Joiner scored twice with JonStewart also on the scoresheet for Langtoft Reserves.

Baston, who don’t have a league fixture this weekend, are one point clear of Long Sutton and have two games in hand of the second-placed side.

Baston’s reserves returned from Rutland with an impressive win away at higher league Oakham United A in the PFA Minor Cup.
