After a successful season which saw Stamford AFC win the Lincolnshire Senior Trophy and retain their Evostik Premier Division status the club’s top performers were recognised at their annual awards night at the weekend.
A packed club house of ex players, families and supporters celebrated the events of the past season, which included finishing a respectable 18th in the league, with ex Daniels skipper and manager Malcolm Hird presenting the awards.
Supporters Player of the Season and Most Man of The Match Awards was won by captain Richard Jones.
Jones also picked up the The Arthur Twiddy Memorial Award which was presented by his son and Director Roger Twiddy.
The Players Player of the Year was awarded to Jordan Smith.
The Top Goal Scorer award was presented to striker Ryan Robbins.
