Market Deeping battled through to the semi-finals of the county's 20/20 competition on Monday but Bourne were knocked out.
Deeping cruised to victories over Sleaford and Bourne and will now face Lincoln Lindum on Monday, May 25 at 10.30am.
The other semi-final sees Louth take on Messingham on the same day. The matches will both be played at Sleaford CC with the final
later in the afternoon at 4.30pm.
Bad weather this week marred the first round of the competition – the Readers Lincolnshire ECB Premier League Winkworth Cup.
However, the competition produced some exciting matches and some unexpected results.
The cup is being played for the first time this year in 20/20 format with three teams competing at each of four venues.
The Abbey Lawn hosted Market Deeping, Sleaford and Bourne. Deeping never looked in trouble after piling up 209-5 in their 20 overs, Tom Andrews (56) and Nick Cowley (39) top scoring.
Kearns claimed 3-20 as Sleaford were shot out for 92 in reply. Bourne effectively knocked out Sleaford in the next match when they beat them by two wickets.
Chasing Sleaford's 152-8, Bourne got there thanks to the efforts of Michael Bentley (41), Ben Stroud (40) and Owen Smith (35).
So Deeping locked horns with Bourne for a place in the semi-final but it turned into a comfortable win for Deeping.
Smith top-scored with 34 as Bourne posted 116-7 but Lee Peacock (67 not out) and Andrews (44 not out) made short work of the target to seal victory by nine wickets.
At Grimsby, Messingham qualified by beating the hosts and Caistor.
Elsewhere, at Lindum it turned into a shoot-out between the hosts and Bracebridge Heath, Lindum winning off the penultimate ball with just one wicket in hand.
Woodhall CC hosted the other qualifier. Skegness beat Woodhall but then lost to Louth.
However, rain intervened at the end of the first innings of the deciding game which had ended with Skegness scenting victory and, in the ensuing bowl out to find a winner, Louth came out on top.
