Popular medic is fighting fit

Popular osteopath Jo Sunner is fit, well and back at work after a recovering from a serious illness. And he wants to thanks all of his patients for their support.
Mr Sunner (51) returned to work at the Hereward Group Practice in Bourne on Monday after suffering a lipoma in his stomach, which is a benign growth.

His first operation to remove the growth did not go to plan so Mr Sunner, from West Deeping, so he underwent a second and spent a month in hospital.

When he was feeling low, he said the community picked his spirit back up. He received 625 cards from local people, along with cards from GPs and consultants.

Mr Sunner said: “I had an amazing response from the local people. I am really grateful for the kindness and support from everyone. I want people to know I am back at work and that I am alive and well.”
