Ron will give talk to club on racing life
Bourne Motor Racing Club member Ron Lea, who has recently published his autobiography If at First You Don’t Succeed will entertain the club at a meeting on February 14.
Ron, an octogenarian and the victim of a debilitating stroke, will talk about his book about his life as a family man, farmer, racing driver, businessman, traveller.
He will also talk about his great passion for Jaguar cars and experiences racing Jaguars.
Ron raced in Jaguar Championships for nearly 20 years and is also a long standing member of the Jaguar Drivers Club and Jaguar Enthusiasts Club.
The meeting takes place at The Angel Hotel in Bourne from 8pm.
Visitors are welcome and the cost is £3 on the door.
