Bourne jumble sale brings in funds

Bourne Abbey church hall Jumble sale Names: Sheila Lovell

Bourne Animal Welfare volun-teers have once again been busy running a jumble sale at the Abbey Church Hall to raise much needed funds.

Chairman and event organiser Cynthia Graham said: “It was a lovely morning, as usual we had lots of people turn out in support.

“There was a good queue when we opened the doors at ten o’clock and they all came surging in looking for a bargain.

“We are really grateful to all the people who support us.”

The money raised is used to care for, home and rehabilitate cats.
