Happy retirement
SECOND Bourne Brownies had a party on Tuesday, October 21, to mark the retirement of Pam Holmes.
Pam has given over 30 years to Guiding in Bourne District. Over the years she has had various roles, including Brown Owl and District Commissioner. At the time of her retirement she was Tawny Owl.
We had a lot of fun at the party, with the Brownies enjoying games and some very loud music. Pam was presented with a watch and bracelet set, some flowers and a bottle of Champagne.
Many thanks to the parents who contributed to the collection for her gifts.
