ROTARIANS tested school pupils on their interview skills.

The Charles Read Academy was visited by members of the Rotary Club of Grantham, who held mock job interviews with the Year 11 pupils.

The aim was to give the pupils a taste of the process they will go through when job hunting.

All the teenagers produced a CV and a covering letter and also completed application forms, prior to the interview.

Careers co-ordinator at the school Suzanne Airey said the pupils appreciated the chance to have mock interviews.

She said: “We very much appreciate the time and help given by the members of the Rotary Club of Grantham to prepare our students for the future.”
