Spring had sprung at Worth Court when a group of Year 2 pupils took part in a Spring Art Workshop.
Everyone enjoyed creating blossom paintings using a variety of printing techniques and collage material.
The completed pictures were bright and colourful and will be displayed at Worth Court.
All the children had a wonderful experience and we would like to thank the staff at Worth Court for their hospitality.
And on Thursday, February 28, 11 pupils of Bourne Abbey Primary Academy had an inspiring time at Worth Court.
The children showed their Second World War projects to the residents who were very impressed with the amount of effort that had been put into the projects.
The Bourne Abbey students were also told an amazing story by Cliff, a resident of Worth Court, about how he had been a rear gunner of a Lancaster bomber.
Cliff showed great bravery in a very dangerous situation during the War.
The pupils really enjoyed the experience and asked many superb questions. It was fascinating listening to all the different personal experiences and we were very proud to show the residents our hard work.
