Pupils from the Stamford Endowed Schools’ choirs visited lunch clubs run by the Evergreen Care Trust to sing Christmas carols.

The choir members visited the St Clements, Emlyns Gardens, Hilary’s Close and Essex lunch clubs to bring some Christmas magic to clients of the Evergreen Care Trust, a Stamford-based charity which cares and provides for senior citizens in the local area.

Stamford Endowed Schools principal Stephen Roberts said: “The Trust does a fantastic job caring for senior citizens in the local area and the Stamford Endowed Schools are very proud to support them. I am sure the clients enjoyed the visits as much as our choir did.”
