Thieves steal generator from West Deeping

A GENERATOR worth £60,000 has been stolen.

Thieves drove across land in King Street, West Deeping, and removed a metal gate to access a container owned by Lefarge Aggregate.

Inside was a 6.5 tonne cream coloured Cummins 360KVa generator which was stolen using a low loader vehicle.

Witnesses should call police on 101.
