Grantham Magistrates’ Court, March 1

Kimberley Merry, 27, of Gloucester Road, Stamford, was found guilty in her absence of having a vehicle that did not meet the insurance requirements. She was fined £220 and to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £110.

Peter Ward, 61, of West Street, Easton-on-the-Hill, pleaded guilty to having a vehicle that did not meet insurance requirements. He was fined £55 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £110.

Neil Whatling, 55, of Melbourne Road, Stamford, was found guilty in his absence of having a vehicle that did not meet the insurance requirements. He was fined £220 and to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £110.

Amornrat Haughton, of Southfields, Bourne, pleaded guilty to having a vehicle that did not meet the insurance requirements. He was fined £145 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £110.

Stephen Keen, 58, of Holly Drive, Bourne, was found guilty in his absence of having a vehicle that did not meet the insurance requirements. He was fined £220 and to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £110.

Paul Storrie, 28, of Main Road, Dunsby, was found guilty in his absence of having a vehicle that did not meet the insurance requirements. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £110.

Grantham Magistrates’ Court, March 2

Daniel Waudby, 25, of Thyme Avenue, Bourne, pleaded guilty to driving while not wearing a seat belt. He was fined £75 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Martin Richardson, 48, of Bryony Way, Deeping St James, was found guilty in his absence of speeding. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £85.

Oliver Boughton, 25, of Avocet Close, Essendine, pleaded guilty to not having the appropriate driving licence. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Grantham Magistrates’ Court, March 7

Peter Robinson, 33, of Masterton Road, Stamford, was found guilty in his absence of allowing another person to drive his vehicle when there was no appropriate insurance cover. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £160. He was given six points on his licence.

Jack Featherstone, of Churchfield Close, Deeping St James, pleaded guilty to using a heavy goods vehicle without the appropriate insurance policy or driving licence. He was fined £235 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £24 and costs of £85. He was given six points on his licence. He was also given a fine of £50 for driving a car which did not have an MOT test certificate.

Daniel Button, 25, of Edenham Road, Hanthorpe, was found guilty in his absence of not wearing a seat belt. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £85.

Michael Clay, 23, of Pinewood Close, Bourne, pleaded guilty to speeding and to the tyres not to being at the correct tread. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. He was given six points on his licence.

Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, March 9

Fiona Chestnutt, 35, of The Pollards, Bourne, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention and to driving in such a way that could have caused danger to another person. She was fined £80 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. She was given five points on her licence.

Charlie Dixon, 20, of Towngate East, Market Deeping, pleaded guilty to driving without the appropriate insurance policy. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £40. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Ayshea Croucher, 40, of Lancaster Way, Market Deeping, pleaded guilty to use a TV without a licence. She was fined £40 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £60.

Joanne Hogan, 38, of Black Prince Avenue,, Market Deeping, was found guilty in her absence of using a TV without a licence. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £110.

Ben Swale, 24, of Wellington Way, Market Deeping, was found guilty in his absence of using a TV without a licence. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £110.

Grantham Magistrates’ Court, March 14

Samantha Smith, 36, of Empingham Road, Exton, pleaded guilty to drink driving. The reading was 138ug in 100ml of breath. She was given 180 hours of unpaid community work and also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85. She was banned from driving for 32 months.

Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, March 14

Gemma Fowler, 28, of Burchnall Close, Deeping St James, pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without the appropriate insurance or licence. She was fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £20. She was given six points on her licence.

Grantham Magistrates’ Court, March 16

Anthony Waite, 62, of Drift Avenue, Stamford, pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without the appropriate insurance policy. He was fined £270 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £27. He was given six points on his licence.

Robert Clarke, 20, of Dovecote Estate, Rippingale, pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without the appropriate insurance policy. He was fined £150 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85, and six points were given.

Nicholas Goodman, 41, of Bramley Avenue, Market Deeping, was found guilty in his absence of using a vehicle without the appropriate insurance policy or a driving licence. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. He was given six points on his licence.

Tomasz Kochanowski, 34, of Wharf Road, Stamford, was found guilty in his absence of driving while using a mobile phone and for not having the appropriate insurance policy. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. He was given six points on his licence. He was also fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £85 after he was also found guilty in his absence of driving without wearing a seatbelt.

Andrew Marchant, 31, of Bourne Road, Essendine, pleaded guilty to his vehicle tyres not having the correct tread depth. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Timothy Whitbread, 39, of Churchill Road, Stamford, was found guilty in his absence of driving without the appropriate insurance policy or driving licence. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. He was given six points on his licence.

Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, March 29

John McKenna, 45, of Collins Avenue, Stamford, pleaded guilty to assault. He was given a restraining order and ordered to take part in a rehabilitation programme. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.

Grantham Magistrates’ Court, March 30

Barry Waumsley, 39, of Churchill Road, Stamford, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. He was given three points on his licence.

James Bushel, 31, of Campion Drive, Deeping St James, was found guilty in his absence of failing to provide information relating to the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been involved in an offence. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. He was given six points on his licence.
