A JUMBLE sale in aid of a children's charity raised £80 at Bourne Abbey Church Hall at the end of April.
Bourne members of the NSPCC organised the event which included clothes, bric-a-brac and ornaments for sale and Janet Stubbs, chairman of the branch, said: "We are quite pleased with the amount that we raised and we were pleasantly surprised by the number of people who came, particularly as jumble sales are not as popular as they once were."

The money will go to the Lincolnshire NSPCC's childcare protection team.
