Favours auction in aid of church fund

A FUNDRAISING favours auction will be held at the home of Tim and Ruth Clarke at Grimsthorpe House on Saturday, October 24, from 7pm.

Items and favours which have been donated include:

One hour's grass cutting; a golf umbrella; a day at Leicester races with a Champagne picnic; Christmas cakes; a venison casserole; a golf lesson at Toft Golf Club; lunch for six; a fold-up golf club and a striking painting of Bourne Abbey Church. To donate a favour and for more information contact Ruth Atter on 01778 591328.

All money raised will go towards Edenham Church heating fund.
