I NOTE the ridiculous speed bumps in Bourne. Please can the council explain the following: Money is to be spent on cycle paths to schools (this was some years ago advertised as their spending plans).
What has happened to that money? Why do school children risk their lives each day biking to school on the main roads? Why have we got absolutely ridiculous speed bumps? Cars can go over them at 70mph if they go down the middle.
I have been a resident here for 30 years, sick and tired of the planning committee, sick and tired of the total waste of tax payers money, sick and tired of Bourne.
