SHEP for Help for Heroes will be held in the function hall at South Holland Centre, Spalding, on Friday, November 6, at 8pm.
Singer, songwriter, comedian and all-round entertainer, Shep Woolley joined the Royal Navy in 1960 and developed his entertaining skills during his service.

After leaving in 1976, he went into showbusiness full time and has played across the world from Hunstanton to Hong Kong and is equally a home in a pub as he is at the Royal Albert Hall on stage at The Theatre Royal, Drury Lane.

To date he has been involved in supplying and arranging musical entertainment for the south of England leg of the Tour De France, P&O Ferry Cruises, the Southsea Show, the Bude Folk Festival, Imperial War Museum events aboard HMS Belfast, the 1998 Portsmouth International Festival of the Sea, the 1999 Maryport Sea Song Festival and Newlyn Deep Sea Fisherman's Festival, Navy days events in Portsmouth and Devonport and many more real ale and folk festivals around the United Kingdom.

The lounge bar will be open and tickets, priced £8 are available from the box office on 01775 764777.
