House in Bourne could be knocked down if plans go ahead

PLANS to demolish a four-bedroom property and replace it with a five-bedroom house have been submitted.

James Browning has applied to South Kesteven District Council to knock down the house on Rowan Way, Bourne and replace it with a new build.

The current property has been damaged by neighbouring trees.
