Smith: Rae. Passed away at Peterborough City Hospital on Monday, 23rd January 2012, aged 67 years, surrounded by his family. Loving Husband to Sue. Devoted Father to Terri, Kathleen and the late Caroline also devoted Grandfather to Jack, Amy, Danny, Tabitha and William. The Funeral Service will take place at Grantham Crematorium on Wednesday, 15th February at 11.00 a.m. followed by a Church Service at New Day Baptist Church, Morton at 12.30 p.m. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, for Guillain-Barre Syndrome may be sent to R.J. Scholes, Wherry's Lane, Bourne, PE10 9HQ.
