COOKE Adele. Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday 18th November 2012, aged 52 years. Beloved and sadly missed. A Committal Service will take place on Saturday 1st December 2012, at 12noon at Peterborough Crematorium, followed by a Celebration Service at 2pm at Bourne Abbey Church. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, for Macmillan Cancer Support, may be made c/o R.J. Scholes, Wherry's Lane, Bourne, Lincolnshire. PE10 9HQ. (01778) 394687.
